About the project: The organization’s
goals are centered on three objectives
Educate the audience about
classic and contemporary multi-cultured Dance Music. The
educational base emphasizes Jazz, Funk, and Soul and investigates
the important figures and moments this music has given birth
to in all continuing evolutionary states. From yesterday’s
Soul and Jazz-centered sound, to the contemporary states
of Hip Hop and House Music and, all other rooted musical
styles, the search continues for the perfect Soul-Dance
experience.
Emphasize the importance
of this music and it’s involvement in and reflection
of the 20th and 21st Centuries.
Celebrate this joyous
musical phenomenon through Dance Music’s original
and continued spirit - Song and Dance.
